Strong Foundations
Okland Construction is built upon a continuing legacy of innovation, craftsmanship, and integrity. Our origins can be traced back to 1918, when John Okland applied his knowledge of carpentry and shipbuilding, gained in his native Norway, to start a one-man millwork company. Today, Okland has grown to over 1,000 team members, but we still mirror John’s dedication to using creative means to achieve remarkable results.
This pioneering spirit has propelled us into new industries and new frontiers, helping us earn trust as we seek to innovate and create mutually beneficial partnerships with the best clients and trade partners in the industry. Still a family-owned business, we have retained a tight-knit, relationship-focused culture and feel a sense of personal and company pride in the work we do. This dedication to craftsmanship and desire to create remarkable experiences binds our teams together and makes Okland a fulfilling, enjoyable place to work day in and day out.
Core Values
Our behavior is driven by our core values. These values are deeply integrated into how we do business and how we build every relationship.
