Weave Headquarters

This six-story Class A office development expands commercial office space along the I-15 corridor in Lehi while providing a new headquarters for Weave Corporation. The project combined core-and-shell construction with a tenant improvement designed to support the company’s workplace, collaboration, and technology needs. A dedicated first-floor amenity level includes employee gathering, wellness, dining, and training spaces that serve as the hub of the facility.

Construction required careful coordination between base building activities and the interior build-out to deliver a seamless transition from shell completion to tenant occupancy. The completed facility provides flexible office, collaboration, and support spaces while contributing to the continued growth of Lehi’s technology corridor.
